A Galaxy S8 campaign under a two-week deadline
A two-week launch window and an existing CMS shaped the Galaxy S8 campaign page. I worked with marketing, content and UI design to make the offer clear and connect both devices to the purchase journey.

Work out what could change
The campaign needed to launch two weeks after the brief, with a week allowed for Samsung’s approval process. It had to present both the S8 and S8+ and help customers reach a plan and buy a device.
I interviewed marketing and development stakeholders to understand those requirements and the technical constraints. Direct collaboration with the developers was not available, so I worked closely with the content team, who understood the CMS. Navigation was outside scope, and the CMS fixed the banner dimensions.
Use the available evidence
We reviewed telco campaign pages in Australia, the UK and the US. I also drew on earlier customer interviews and my experience designing campaign journeys at Vodafone.
The page opened with reasons to consider Woolworths Mobile, addressing bill shock, coverage and support. Device imagery and specifications followed, with descriptive calls to action leading into the purchase journey. These choices balanced the available evidence with what could be delivered in the time allowed.
Refine the design with the team
I developed the wireframe from sketches with the content producer and UI designer, then briefed the UI designer on the agreed structure. We worked through several revisions. Informal testing with people in the office led to another iteration in the final week.
The page launched on 28 April and ran for two months, with updates to copy, pricing and some usability details during the campaign.
Reported campaign performance
The project write-up reports that the campaign reached its projected one-month sales target within its first few hours. It also reports almost half of the projected three-month unit sales within four days.
Those are campaign-level results. Competitive pricing and launch demand were part of the context, and the available account does not isolate the effect of the UX changes. The result I can directly connect to my work is a clearer campaign journey delivered within the constraints and launched on schedule.
