I’m a designer, researcher and developer. Before I build, I do the research to find the real problem: interviews, usability testing, journey and scenario mapping. Here’s that side of my work, in depth.
UX Research & Usability Testing
A brief to “show promotions better” became a research-led redesign. Six user interviews, usability testing and three rounds of prototype testing that reached 100% task completion.

Our process
From first conversation to launch.
We start with research, user analysis and planning to find the deeper ‘why’ behind a business need. What we do is shaped around each client’s goals. We take the time to understand your business, your audience and your vision, then turn that into recommendations you can act on that serve users and the business.
We develop a tailored plan and recommendations to support your digital needs (e.g. website/app design, build, user research, photography).
Based on your needs, we’ll begin prototyping your solution and/or creating digital content to support growth.
We’ll work with you to refine the experience and launch your new digital solution.
We provide aftercare and regular check-ins to help ensure continued growth.
