A brief to “show promotions better” became a research-led redesign. Six user interviews, usability testing and three rounds of prototype testing that reached 100% task completion.
My background includes research at ubank, WooliesX, Vodafone and Fox Sports. At Swapitt, product design and development sit alongside responsibility for the store and two direct reports. That combination keeps the work connected to the people and operations it supports.
